Pricing

Priced on the one thing that costs money.

Every plan is sized by tracked brands and prompt-checks — one prompt asked of one engine, once. Not by seats, not by a feature list invented to justify a middle tier. Start with a free audit; no card until you have seen your own number.

What a prompt-check is

We take a question your buyers would actually ask an AI, put it to an answer engine, and record who got named, who got linked, and whether you were there at all. That single ask is one prompt-check. Your monthly usage is simply:

prompts × engines × checks per month

We check weekly by default, so a prompt costs about 4.3 checks a month per engine. Tracking 25 prompts across 3 engines is roughly 325 — comfortably inside Starter. Anything over your allowance bills at $25 per 1,000, and you can cap it so we pause instead.

  • Keywords, rankings and site audits are unmetered. They cost us almost nothing, so they are in every plan rather than held back as a tier gate.
  • A manual re-check is always free. If you shipped a page this morning and want to know today, ask — the weekly cadence is a default, not a lock.
  • No seat fees, ever. Everyone who needs to see a dashboard should be able to.

More than 10 brands, daily check cadence, a private engine mix, SSO, a signed DPA, or an on-account invoice instead of a card. We size these individually because at that volume the engine bill is the price, and pretending otherwise helps nobody.

Questions about pricing

What exactly is a prompt-check?

One prompt asked of one engine, once. If you track 25 prompts across 3 engines and we check weekly, that is 25 × 3 × 4.3 ≈ 325 prompt-checks a month. It is the only unit here that costs us real money, so it is the only one we bill on.

Why weekly and not daily?

Because an engine’s answer to “best CRM for startups” does not turn over daily, and a daily sweep buys you noise at seven times the price. What you actually watch is the week-on-week trend. You can force a fresh check on any project by hand whenever you want one, and daily cadence is available on Enterprise.

What happens when I use up my prompt-checks?

Tracking keeps running and extra checks bill at $25 per 1,000. Nothing switches off mid-month and no data is withheld — you see the overage on your usage page as it accrues, and you can cap it there if you would rather we pause instead.

Do you charge per user?

No. Seat limits are generous and Agency has none. Everyone who needs to look at a dashboard should be able to, and charging per head would make you ration the access the product exists to provide.

Is there a free plan?

There is a free audit, which needs no account and no card — it asks the major answer engines about your domain and shows you who they cite instead. There is no perpetual free workspace, because ongoing tracking runs paid engine calls every week and a “free forever” tier funded by that would either be throttled to uselessness or paid for by the customers who do subscribe.

Can I try a paid plan before committing?

Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day trial, no card required. You get the full allowance for that plan for the trial period, which is long enough to see two tracking cycles and a real trend rather than a single snapshot.

What counts as a brand?

One brand is one tracked domain with its own prompts, competitors and audience profile — a project, in the product. An in-house team usually has one. An agency has one per client, and switches between them from the same login.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Upgrade or downgrade at any time; the change applies from the next billing period and your history is never deleted. Cancel whenever you like — your data stays exportable for 30 days afterwards.

See your number before you pick a plan

The audit is free, needs no account, and asks the major answer engines a real question set about your domain. If the answer is “they already cite you everywhere”, you have saved yourself a subscription.
